Integra Investments, along with partners Andrew Korge of Korgeous Group and David Larson of DCL Capital, has acquired an 8.2-acre waterfront development site just north of Miami Shores for $15.5 million. Located at 11295 Biscayne Boulevard, the site was purchased for $43 per square foot.
Currently, Integra Investments has no immediate plans for development on the vacant site, which extends from Biscayne Boulevard to the bay and is the former location of the private Lear School. The property, adjacent to the Jockey Club condo project, is zoned for mixed-use development.
The site was last sold for $8.2 million in 2012. Integra Investments is known for its active development portfolio in South Florida, including the Aventura ParkSquare mixed-use development in Aventura and the ArtSquare apartment community in Hallandale Beach.
